David Braddy is the owner-operator of ActionCOACH of Katy. He has spent the last 24 years working in and around dental practices across the country as an operations leader and practice consultant/coach. His 12 years as an operations leader for 2 of the top 5 DSO’s in the US and as COO for a large local group practice has provided great experience and education in growing dental practices but the 12 years working with practices across the country has been his true passion. David’s passion exists in coaching private practice owners to grow their practices beyond their expectations and to fulfill their personal and professional dreams.

Raleigh Bailes, Jr. is a practicing Certified Public Accountant, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and is accredited as a Personal Financial Specialist by the AICPA. Raleigh began his career in the financial planning industry in 2000, and joined Bailes Bates and Associates, LLP in 2003.

Raleigh provides income tax and accounting solutions to individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. His expertise is working with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Generally, this would include helping clients with start-up businesses choose their business entity, set up bookkeeping and payroll processing, and create efficient income tax strategies. He works with clients all year round on income tax compliance, projections, planning, and resolving IRS matters.
